SUCCESS: 8/10. It definitely publicized Shell's Arctic program, and ruined their "let's go" branding to boot. The call to pressure Obama may not have been explicit or simple or clear enough, and Obama failed to stop it. Shell, fortunately, scuttled their own Arctic program through sheer, massive incompetence.
