SUCCESS: 8/10. It definitely publicized Shell's Arctic program, and ruined their "let's go" branding to boot. Greenpeace was well positioned to build on its success. (While Obama failed to stop Arctic drilling, Shell scuttled their own Arctic program through sheer, massive incompetence.)
