You're probably not going to get sued. And if you do...

One thing we've learned again and again and again is that our targets are very unlikely to sue us—because we can just about always win in the court of public opinion. 

That's why the only entity to ever sue us was the US Chamber of Commerce, which is neither a company (that cares about public opinion) nor a government agency (that in normal times must obey certain rules, and also cares about public opinion). Rather, it's a "non-profit" lobbying company whose clients are all big corporations, which is why they sued us: they simply don't care what people think about them.
