"Andsor Betzelmack" accepts More Art "More Vision" award on behalf of his company, Related, the builders of Hudson Yards and partners with NYCHA in the demolition and restructuring of public housing in Chelsea.
Some in the audience know what's going on, but most don't, and are horrified at More Art's betrayal of their core values.
"Andsor" explains Related's plans for the demolition of Chelsea public housing.
"Andsor" calls up "Related's PR team" (actually the Good Liars) who present videos "proving how New Yorkers support Related's plans for Chelsea." The videos do the opposite.
After coming clean and informing the audience of their real identities, the Good Liars show a final video in which they begin to replace "the Vessel" with Section 9 Housing.
The audience is delighted and thrilled to find out they've been hoaxed.
At the last minute, the "actual head of PR at Related" takes the mic in order to set the record straight.
Finally, the award that had been given to "Andsor" from Related is re-given to Ramona Fereira of Save Section Nine.
Jacqueline Lara, a resident of Chelsea public housing, speaks about why this is such a critical issue.
Teresa X sings an impromptu statement about the importance of public housing residents to the entire functioning of New York City.
