You're probably not going to get sued. But if you do...

We've learned again and again that our targets are unlikely to sue us, because we can always win in the court of public opinion. 

We were once sued, though, by the US Chamber of Commerce—neither a company (that cares about public opinion) nor a government agency (that in normal times must obey certain rules, and also cares about public opinion), but rather a "non-profit" lobbyist whose clients are all big corporations, which is why they were the ones to sue us: they simply don't care what people think about them.

And guess what? That turned out quite well. Thanks, Chamber!
